Swish! Swish! We were being painted into minions. After escaping pesty chef, we were now thinking about how to escape again. I had recently found out that unicorns like potatoes and they live in
“Alicornia”. Suddenly I got an idea. I called all the vegetables after everyone (humans) had gone home. I announced, “We can escape by calling our dear friends the unicorns!” The other veggies agreed to do the “unicorn call”.
First, we gathered into one line and we yelled out to the moon “Oh dear friends the unicorns can you hear us! We need your help to get out of the dangerous county fair!” Neigh! Neigh! The unicorns came out of the moon! We all shouted, “Yay! Hooray! Now we can get out of here!”
Next, the unicorns said ” We bought a big, humongous bag to carry all of you!” We packed our bags and took our 1st place ribbons. Just before the unicorns started to chat I saw something. I looked at it closely. “Oh no” I gasped. The unicorns and veggies asked “What is it?” I said,
“We need to get out now because I saw the chef walking by.”
Then, we blasted to space. We flew by comets and planets. But as the unicorn that had the bag sped, we noticed that it was covered with paint. We stopped in mid-air to ask a martian for water to drink.
When I drank the water a few drops fell on the unicorn that was covered in paint. “Oh no!” we gasped. “It’s the chef!” I screamed.
“How did he follow us here?” I questioned myself. Flew! Flew! Just then a unicorn came saying,” I am the real unicorn!” We quickly called some unicorn guards to take the chef to our destination.
Last, we tied the chef to a sling-shot to launch him. We counted down.
“5,4,3,2,1,0! Blastoff!” We chanted. We launched the chef to outer space. We trailed him with our eyes until he was nothing but a star in the multiverse. We were so relieved to finally have gotten the pesty chef to leave. We could live happily ever after without the chef. Our minds swirled with whatever we could do without worrying about being dinner on a plate. “He’s going to enjoy his days in space without oxygen and gravity. After all, it was sooo fun!” I said sarcastically while giggling.
