Since Halloween is only 2 days from now, I decided to share another Spooky Story with you!

Ding! Me, Trixie, Lila, and Raven (new friend) are at a hotel to celebrate Halloween the spooky way. And that sound meant that we were next to check in. We walked to the clerk who rang the bell. She turned her face, and we saw that she had a bloody face.

“Aaahhh!!!” we screamed, scared.

“It’s okay, it’s okay,” the clerk said as she removed the mask.

“Whew,” Lila said, relieved.

“Sorry ‘bout the scare. It’s just that I love Halloween. I like to celebrate it even though it is not Halloween. My name is Vanessa,” the clerk said.

After some chatting, we finally got our room number. It said 50th floor, room 16. Seeing this, Raven said, “Let’s go! Top floor!”

As we went to get our luggage, we noticed the same mad scientist checking into the hotel. He was the one who chased us and tried to stop us from going home when we were kids on Halloween (not Raven). Then we noticed he was going to the 50th floor and to room 17!

“Oh no!” me, Lila, and Trixie shouted.

“What are you screaming about?” asked Raven.

We elucidated what had happened that scary Halloween.

“Oh, I see,” Raven said.

So we carefully crept over the wall to see if he was gone. Then we scurried to our room. When we finished unpacking, we left for the buffet, scared. We waited to see if he was there. He wasn’t there, so we walked inside.

At the buffet, the food there was so good. We chatted about the mad scientist. When we went to our room, we peered into the mad scientist’s room through the peephole. He saw us, so we opened our room door, ran inside, and shut the door, locking it.

“OMG!” I yelled at the same time Raven said, “I see why you were afraid of him.”

Then we all took a bath (separately, of course), brushed our teeth, and wore our PJs to get comfy. We also had a pillow fight and finally went to hit the sack.

We were woken up by a disgusting smell.

“And this is what we get for staying in our room next to a mad scientist instead of asking for a new room,” said Trixie.

We went down to the lobby, and we each had chicken and waffles with maple syrup.

“Since today’s temperature is in the 90s and the weather is scorching hot, can we go to the pool?” I asked.

Trixie and Lila thought it was a great idea, and they both said, “Yeah, can we?”

“No,” said Raven.

“PPPPLLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE!” me, Trixie, and Lila said, begging.

Raven sighed and said, “Ok. We can go.”

“Yes!!” we yelled quietly.

So we rushed to our room and changed into our swimsuits. After a fun three hours of playing in the pool, we finally got out. Then we searched for the mad scientist. When we found him, he said, “Finally, I found you.” Then he chased us.

We ran and ran, but whenever we cut him off our tails, he was always hot on our heels.

When we lost him, it was midnight. We went to our room, did our routine before going to bed, and went to sleep.

The next morning was Halloween. When we woke up, a scary face popped up.

“AAAAHHHH!!!!!!” we yelled.

Then a spider fell on Raven, and she screamed, “Omigosh!!!!!!”

Soon, we left the room to have fun at the Halloween party the hotel had. It was decorated so spooky like you would want to call out, “Mommy!! It’s too scary!!”

We had a blast all day eating candy and dancing until the mad scientist chased us again. We did not like this, so we complained about him to the hotel manager, so he kicked the scientist out. He was actually kicked.

Then we went to our room, relieved that the mad scientist was gone so we could enjoy the few hours until night.

Then we went to bed. The next morning, we packed up. We were leaving the hotel. After we loaded our stuff into our Rolls Royce, I drove off all the way home. That was it for our vacation.
